With continued growth over the past few years, the country’s premier casual staffing company has just announced the opening of its ninth office, and first outside of the UK.
Driven by strong demand from national clients and a burgeoning local market, the award winning recruitment company has opened a branch in Dublin in order to make permanent roots in the city, support the growing hospitality industry and bring in the expertise and experience come about from nearly 20 years of operating across the UK.
Excited to be able to support the ever-increasing hospitality market in Dublin, UK & Ireland Operations Director Katie Pearce commented;
“We can’t wait to begin operating in the city. It’s an exciting and growing market, and we plan to be able to support it with the supply of highly skilled and able hospitality professionals who have all been through Off to Work’s rigorous assessment and training programme”
Alongside an extensive recruitment campaign which has allowed the company to already hold a healthy number of hospitality professionals on its books ready to work, the new office has been boosted to by the addition of the highly experienced Fiona Coyle who will be leading the operations under the title of Branch Manager.
With Fiona recently holding a similar position at another local recruitment company, the acquisition of such a senior person, with an impressive 15 years of experience within the Irish recruitment and hospitality sector, is seen as something of a coup by long-term CEO Philip Atkins;
“We’re absolutely delighted to have someone of the calibre of Fiona onboard. Her impeccable knowledge of the market and deep understanding of client’s needs, combined with Off to Work’s dedication to offering a highly trained premium workforce, transparent booking process and hospitality expertise; we hope will make a welcome addition to the Irish landscape.”
With uncertainty consistently swirling on the horizon, and historic low unemployment across the UK & Ireland, it’s now more important than ever for businesses with a reliable partner who can deliver excellence on a consistence basis. For the newly installed Branch Manager Fiona Coyle, this was a key reason for joining Off to Work;
“Talent acquisition has without doubt become more challenging but a provider like Off to Work, with it’s app-based booking system and thorough assessment and training, ensures that a reliably premium product is always delivered to the client. From their perspective, it is all about reliability”
