But if you've jumped right in, you might be missing out on some tricks to make that extra cash... Don't worry, we've got you! We've compiled our top 7 ways to maximise your earnings while working with us!
### 1. Level up your earning potential by Upskilling
#### We offer free training to widen and develop your hospitality skillset. Attend an Upskill and you will:
- Get access to higher paying shifts and roles
- Open doors to wider variety of roles requiring specific skillsets - baristas, cocktail bartenders, supervisors etc.
- Fast-track your progression within the hospitality industry
For example, in a Front of House role you could get paid: £12.38 as a Bartender VS £19.61 as a Cocktail Bartender\*. Based on a 6 hour shift twice a week that's £347 more a month! And for a Back of House role: £12.89 as a Kitchen Porter VS. £16.25\* as a Chef De Partie. Based on an 8-4 shift 5 days a week, that's an extra £580 a month!
